Psychosocial Support and Recovery
Trauma informed supports that build stability, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
Our psychosocial support services are designed for adults living with mental health challenges who are funded through the NDIS. We work alongside participants to build stability, strengthen daily living skills, and increase confidence in managing life’s responsibilities. Through practical, person-centred support, we assist with community participation, routine building, goal setting, and navigating services. Our approach is trauma-informed and recovery-focused, recognising that progress looks different for everyone. We focus on building capacity over time so participants feel more independent, empowered, and in control of their future.
